To cancel your package, login to the Chronomics dashboard and select ‘Cancel Order’.
If your package has not yet been delivered, you’ll be refunded within 24 hours
If your package has been delivered, you should cancel your order in the Chronomics dashboard then return your test/s to Chronomics, Unit 26A BizSpace Wimbledon, 8 Lombard Road, London SW19 3TZ. Once we receive your unopened test/s you’ll be refunded within 5-10 days.
To change the dates of your testing package (if you change the dates of your holiday), you should email us on email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Or, you can call us on 0204 519 7400.
