Why hasn’t my test arrived yet?

Most of our orders are dispatched based on your travel date and each test is dispatched individually, NOT as a package

Fit to fly (PCR) tests (if required), which you need to do before you leave for your holiday in order to gain entry into your holiday destination, will be delivered to your home address 4-5 days (including weekends) before your holiday is due to start.

Fit to fly (Rapid Antigen) tests (if required), which you need to do before you leave for your holiday in order to gain entry into your holiday destination, will be delivered to your home address 3 days (including weekends) before your holiday is due to start.

The Rapid Antigen (Test to Return) test, which you need to take on holiday with you, will be delivered to your home address 3 days (including weekends) before your holiday is due to start.

Your Day 2/ Day 8 PCR test(s), which you need to do after you’ve arrived back in the UK, will be delivered to your home address close to the date you’re due to return from your holiday. They will be delivered in time for you to do your first test on the second day after you’ve returned home, as required.

If you have ordered a Day 5 (Test to Release) this will be dispatched on Day 4 of your isolation.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Government Test To Release guidelines, we are not permitted to deliver Test to Release kits prior to Day 5 of your isolation to ensure compliance with the strict Day 5 testing date requirement. Any delays caused by third party couriers are unfortunately beyond our control.
