This information is for Day 2 (PCR) tests only and does not apply to Day 2 Rapid Antigen (Lateral flow) tests
Once you’ve completed your Day 2 PCR test, you can return your test(s) to our lab via Royal Mail, using the enclosed prepaid address label. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you'll need to drop off your test sample at a Royal Mail Priority Post-box. You can find your nearest Priority Post-box using the link below:
As always, you’ll get an email from Chronomics as soon as we’ve received your test(s), and another email 24-36 hours later to let you know that your result is available via your secure Chronomics online dashboard, which you can log in to using the same details as when you registered.
Your test needs to be registered before returning it to us. Your returns package should only include your test. Don't send your sample back with any notes with your personal information on, or notes explaining that you can’t register your test. This is to ensure we keep your information secure and comply with government regulations for data protection. If you experience issues when registering your test, you can get further information on how to get help here - I can't register my test, what should I do?
