How do I return my sample?

How you return your test depends on which test it is you're returning. Rapid Antigen tests don't need to be returned to us, as you’ll be able to see the result for yourself within 15 minutes of taking the test.

Your test needs to be registered before returning it to us. Your returns package should only include your test. Please do not send the sample back with any notes saying it can't be registered, or include any personal information. This is to ensure we keep your information secure and comply with government regulations for data protection.
