How do I submit my Day 5 (Test to Release) sample?

Using the pre-paid return envelope provided, drop your sealed sample into a priority postbox (use this website to find your nearest one [LINK: https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/]).
You’re allowed to leave your self-isolation address to do this. It will be sent to us via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-day delivery, and we’ll email you when it arrives at our lab.

Your test needs to be registered before returning it to us. Your returns package should only include your test. Do not send your sample back with any notes with your personal information on, or notes explaining that you can’t register your test. This is to ensure we keep your information secure and comply with government regulations for data protection.
