I have booked a package that includes tests I no longer need (e.g. my destination country/hotel now doesn’t require a negative PCR result to enter). What do I do?

If you need to change your package because you now have extra tests you won’t use, the quickest way you can edit, cancel or refund an order is via your online dashboard. Just navigate to 'Orders' to find the link. 

Unfortunately if you’ve already registered and/or performed the test, you will not be able to claim a refund on it.
