I have booked a package that includes tests I no longer need (e.g. my destination country/hotel now doesn’t require a negative PCR result to enter). What do I do?

If you’ve booked a package you now need to downgrade because you have extra tests you won’t use, please use the form below to log your request with our customer services team. As soon as we’re able to process these refunds, we’ll get in touch with you to arrange it (this will be subject to a £5 admin/amendment fee).

If you’ve already been sent the testing kit that you no longer need, please return this to our warehouse to receive your refund. Please DO NOT use the return label inside the box. This will redirect your kit to the laboratory for testing, so you’ll no longer be eligible for a refund.
To ensure the testing kit gest to the right team, please clearly write "REFUNDS TEAM" on the outer packaging and send it to:

This is the address to return any unused tests by post ONLY (in-person returns can’t be accepted for staff safety reasons)

Unfortunately if you’ve already registered and/or performed the test, you will not be able to claim a refund on it.
