If you have a Chronomics testing kit you no longer wish to use, please check all the qualifying criteria for Cancellations and Refunds in our terms and conditions and ensure it all applies to you. If after checking this you think you are eligible for a refund, the quickest way you can request this is via your online dashboard. Navigate to 'Orders' to find the link.
After completing the request form you will be given instructions on what to do with your testing kit, please follow these instructions carefully.
Remember that your kit is valid for six months and it can be used for future travel, if it’s not been registered.
