If you have a Chronomics testing kit you no longer wish to use, please check all the qualifying criteria for Cancellations and Refunds in our terms and conditions and ensure it applies to you. If after checking this you think you're eligible for a refund, you must request this via your online dashboard. For full instructions on how to do this please click here.
After completing the request form you'll be given instructions on what to do with your testing kit, please follow these instructions carefully.
Remember, if you have an unused and unregistered kit it may be given to another person if the test is still valid (ensure you check the expiry date on the testing kit box). Please see here for further information.
