My booking reference isn't found, what should I do? (Tui customers only)

To give our systems time to update, please make sure you wait at least 1 hour after booking your holiday, before your try to place your order with us.

If, when placing your order, you are given an error message that your booking reference isn't found please contact TUI directly to confirm your booking reference. 

Unfortunately we are unable to correct any booking reference problems as the reference is issued by TUI and not generated here at Chronomics.
