My TUI CUSTOMER booking reference isn't found, what should I do?

When placing an order, we recommend you only book your tests a maximum of 45 days in advance due to any changes that may take place to your destinations entry requirements

If, when placing your order, you are given an error message that your booking reference isn't found please contact TUI directly to confirm your booking reference. 

Unfortunately we aren't able to correct any booking reference problems as it is issued by TUI and not generated here at Chronomics.
