How do I cancel my order?

We know plans can change, especially at the moment, so if you would like to cancel an order you’ve already placed you can do so via your online dashboard within an hour of receiving your confirmation email. You can do so any time up until 3pm the day before your testing kit ships as well.

If you’d like to cancel an order outside of these times, please contact the Chronomics customer service team on support@chronomics.com. Please include your name and your order ID number, and they will be able to take care of this for you.
