Firstly, we’re really sorry if your Test To Release kit hasn’t arrived when you expected it to. Unfortunately delays in the postal service do very occasionally affect our delivery times and it may take slightly longer for us to reach you. Depending on the service in your area, your kit may arrive at any time throughout Day 5 of your self-isolation too.
While you’re waiting, you should check the address and the dates on your Passenger Locator Form are correct to make sure there hasn’t been a mistake. PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Government Test To Release guidelines, we are not permitted to deliver Test To Release kits prior to Day 5 of your isolation to ensure compliance with the strict Day 5 testing date requirement. Any delays caused by Royal Mail or third party couriers are unfortunately beyond our control.
