Why hasn’t my test arrived yet?

Travel testing:

Fit to fly (PCR) tests
(if required), which you'll need to do before you leave for your holiday in order to gain entry into your holiday destination, will be delivered to your home address 4-5 days (including weekends) before your holiday is due to start.


Fit to fly (Rapid Antigen) tests (if required), which you'll need to do before you leave for your holiday in order to gain entry into your holiday destination, will be delivered to your home address 3 days (including weekends) before your holiday is due to start.

Rapid Antigen (Test to Return) tests (if required) which you'll need to take on holiday with you, will be delivered to your home address 3 days (including weekends) before your holiday is due to start.


Day 2 Rapid Antigen (Lateral flow) tests, which you'll need to do after you’ve arrived back in the UK, will be delivered to your home address close to the date you’re due to return from your holiday. They'll be delivered in time for you to do your test on the second day after you’ve returned home - (the day you return to the UK is Day 0).

Day 2 PCR tests (if required), which you'll need to do after you’ve arrived back in the UK, will be delivered to your home address close to the date you’re due to return from your holiday. They'll be delivered in time for you to do your first test on the second day after you’ve returned home, as required - (the day you return to the UK is Day 0).


General testing:

If you've purchased a general testing kit (not relating to travel), we aim to ship your order the next day via 24 hour courier.
