Please make sure you follow the below instructions before taking the test
Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for at least 30 minutes before collecting your saliva sample to avoid sample contamination.
Return timelines: It is imperative that you conduct the test and return it to the
laboratory within 6 months from the date of purchase. Non-compliance with
this condition will deem the test and its components expired, and non-
refundable. The same applies, if the laboratory cannot access or process the
sample due to a verifiable customer error.
Return your sample:
In your kit you will have included a return bag with a pre-paid label.
- place the specimen bag with your sample inside the return bag and seal it
- safely dispose of other items you used to take your sample
- take the return bag to the nearest UPS drop-off location
- find a convenient drop-off point at ups.com/dropoff
